Terms of Use

Fun4Cash is a points-based gaming platform. You buy points, you use them to play, and eligible winnings can be converted back to cash and withdrawn.

• Buy points. Points are bought as a package and credited to your account. They are what you play with.
• Choose a game. There are sixteen. Each has its own rules, its own stake limits and its own payout structure.
• Choose your stake. You decide how many points to put on a round, within that game's limits.
• Play. The outcome depends on the game's mechanics, on your choices where the game offers any, and on chance.
• Win or lose. A win credits points to your account under that game's payout structure. A loss deducts the points you staked.
• Cash out. Points from eligible play can be converted to their cash value and withdrawn, subject to the withdrawal rules below.

For example: you buy a package, pick a game, and stake part of your balance on a round. Depending on the outcome you finish that round with more points or fewer. You can keep playing with what you have, or ask to withdraw.

We do not guarantee profits, returns or winnings. You play voluntarily, and a round can end either way. See These are games of chance below.

You must be at least 18, legally allowed to gamble where you are, and acting for yourself rather than on someone else's behalf. We may ask you to prove your age and identity at any time, and may suspend an account until you do.

It is your responsibility to know whether online gaming is lawful where you are. We may block access from places we cannot lawfully serve.

• One account per person. Additional accounts may be closed and their balances withheld.
• Your username is chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed afterwards, because other members send points to it.
• Keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself. Activity through your account is treated as yours.
• Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Points are the unit you play with. They are not currency, they carry no interest, and they cannot be sold or transferred to anyone outside the platform. Buying points is a purchase of the ability to play, not a deposit we hold on your behalf — which is why a purchase is not refundable once the points are credited.

A stake is committed the moment a round starts and cannot be recalled. The result of every round is decided by our servers before anything is displayed, and the outcome our records show is the outcome that counts — a display error on your device does not change what was decided.

Winnings are credited in points. Points from eligible play can be converted to their corresponding cash value and withdrawn, subject to the checks below.

Money moves in and out on BNB Smart Chain. For a deposit, your wallet sends the displayed token and exact amount directly to our protected treasury address. We credit it only after the blockchain transfer is finalized and verified. Withdrawals are sent to the address you enter after the applicable automated or administrator checks.

• Every withdrawal has a fixed 2 USDT fee. The withdrawal screen shows the payout, fee and total wallet deduction before you confirm.
• Withdrawals are reviewed before funds are sent, and we may ask for identity checks first.
• Withdrawals go to the address you supply. Crypto sent to an address you gave us cannot be recovered.
• We may refuse or reverse a transaction we reasonably believe involves fraud, collusion or money laundering.
• You are responsible for any tax due on your winnings where you live.

Agents are members we have approved to take payment locally and pass points to other members. An agent is not our employee or our representative, and does not speak for us.

A transfer between an agent and a member is between those two people. We record every transfer, and will help investigate a dispute, but we are not a party to what was agreed offline.

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts or automated play of any kind.
• Exploit a fault in the platform. If you find one, tell us — a balance built on a fault will be corrected.
• Collude with other members, or open accounts for other people.
• Use the platform to move money that is not lawfully yours.

We may suspend or close an account, void rounds and withhold a balance where we reasonably believe any of this has happened.

The games are designed to return less than is staked over time. That is how the platform is funded, and no system or pattern of play changes it. Stake only what you can afford to lose.

Ask us to close your account whenever you want, and we will. See the Help Center for how.

We do not promise the platform will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw games, prices and features, and may change these terms — if a change is material we will say so on the platform before it takes effect.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you deposited in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the law of governing law, and the courts of jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
