Anti-Money Laundering Policy
Fun4Cash is used to move money, which makes it a target for laundering. This sets out what we do about that, and what we will ask of you.

This document is a draft. The operating entity, licence and contact details have not been filled in, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The highlighted gaps below must be completed before it is relied on.
Our commitment
We do not knowingly accept the proceeds of crime, and we will not help anyone disguise where money came from. Where we are required to report a suspicion, we will — and the law may prevent us from telling you that we have.
This policy is applied under the law of jurisdiction and the conditions of our licence, licence details.
Knowing who our members are
Every account is opened in one person's name, with a verified email address. We will ask for further identification — and may hold an account until we have it — where:
- Deposits or withdrawals pass the thresholds set in our procedures.
- The activity on an account does not fit the picture we have of it.
- Payment comes from a source that does not appear to belong to the account holder.
- An account is connected to a country or person subject to sanctions.
We do not allow accounts to be opened or operated on someone else's behalf, and we do not accept payment from a third party.
What we watch for
- Depositing and then withdrawing with little or no play in between.
- Repeated deposits just under a reporting threshold.
- Point transfers between members that do not look like ordinary agent trade — one-way flows, circular flows, or transfers between accounts that share a device or address.
- Play that consistently loses to the same counterparty.
- Withdrawals to an address that many unrelated accounts also use.
- Reluctance to complete identity checks once asked.
Every point movement on the platform is written to a single ledger, and every game round records its stake, outcome and payout. That record is what makes this monitoring possible, and it is kept whether or not an account stays open.
Agents
Agents take cash offline, which is the part of the service most exposed to laundering. Agents are approved individually, must reach the required standing before applying, and are monitored on the same basis as any other member — with the additional expectation that they:
- Know who they are dealing with, and refuse business they are not comfortable with.
- Keep their own record of transfers made and cash received.
- Never split a transaction to keep it under a threshold.
- Report anything that concerns them to us promptly.
Agent approval can be withdrawn at any time, and will be where these expectations are not met.
What we may do
- Ask for identification, proof of address or evidence of source of funds.
- Delay, refuse or reverse a deposit, withdrawal or transfer.
- Suspend or close an account and withhold a balance while we investigate.
- Report a suspicion to the relevant authority, without telling you.
We apply these measures to comply with the law. A refusal is not an accusation, and we may be unable to explain the reason for one.
Records and responsibility
Identification and transaction records are retained for the period the law requires — retention period — even after an account closes. This retention overrides a request to delete your data; the data protection contact can explain how the two fit together.
Responsibility for this policy sits with nominated officer, who reviews it at least annually and whenever the applicable law changes.
Reporting a concern
If something on the platform looks wrong to you, write to support@fun4cash.com. Reports are taken seriously and treated in confidence.
