What is the difference between my cash balance and my points? Cash is money you have put in or won and converted; points are what you stake on games. You buy points with cash, and convert winnings back to cash before withdrawing.

How do I get points? Top up your wallet, then buy a point package from the wallet page. If you are buying through an agent, they transfer points to you directly once you have paid them.

Do points expire? No.

How do I cash out? Use Withdraw on the wallet page. Requests are reviewed before funds are sent, so a withdrawal will sit as pending for a while. Every request includes a fixed 2 USDT fee, displayed before you confirm.

Why is my balance higher than what I can withdraw? A withdrawal you have already requested is counted against your balance while it waits for approval, even though the money has not left yet. The withdraw dialog shows what is available and what is held.

I sent a withdrawal to the wrong address. Crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Check the address before confirming. If the request has not been approved yet, contact us immediately and we will try to stop it.

Are the games fair? Every round is decided on our servers and published with the seeds used to decide it, so you can verify afterwards that the result was not changed. See About for how that works.

The wheel stopped on 5x — is that what I get? Yes. On the wheels, the segment landed on is what pays. On the crash games, the multiplier reached is what your stake is paid at.

My connection dropped mid-round. The round was already settled on our side when you staked, so the result and any winnings stand. Reload and check your points history.

Can I turn the sound off? Yes — effects, music and volume are all in Settings.

What are ranks for? Ranks are worked out from what you have deposited, wagered and referred. Reaching the required rank is what makes you eligible to apply to become an agent.

How do I become an agent? Reach the required rank, then apply from the agents page. Applications are reviewed by us, and being eligible does not guarantee approval.

An agent has taken my money and not sent points. Contact us with the agent's username, the amount and the date. Agents transfer from their own balance and every transfer is recorded, so there is a trail we can check.

Can I change my username? No. A username is chosen once when you sign up and is fixed after that, because other members send points to it.

I forgot my password. Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page. Resetting a password signs you out everywhere.

How do I protect my account? Turn on two-factor authentication in your profile, use a password you use nowhere else, and keep your recovery codes somewhere safe. We will never ask you for your password or a 2FA code.
